Not much new at E3 2017, but maybe we didn't need it.

Let’s face it: while Microsoft has plenty of lost ground to make up for, Sony has been sitting pretty since the beginning of the 8^th console generation. Even with the waves being made by the Nintendo Switch, there probably isn’t much that Sony needs to do to keep their position in the market secure. So their E3 presentation this year was a deliberate, measured, and comprehensive volley of games, even if there was little to surprise viewers.

Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed III and more impressed.

Ubisoft's E3 2012 press conference showcased many games and although there weren't too many new games announced, what was shown was impressive. Trailers for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, ZombiU, and Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth were shown and a video quickly announcing Rabbids Land, Your Shape (an exercise title), and Sports Connection (a collection of mini-games) all for the Wii U was also shown.

Come see Nintendo's 3DS-centric press conference as it happens and join the staff as they discuss the announcements as they happen.

Starting at 11PM EDT tonight, Nintendo's pre-TGS, 3DS-centric press conference can be seen here streaming live! Now that Famitsu has spilled the beans on Monster Hunter 3 G and the second circle pad attachment, it's likely these items will come up during the conference. We'll likely learn if the attachment is just for the game or if Nintendo has bigger plans for the peripheral.

A Nintendo promotional reel reveals the game.

Further information from Nintendo after the reel, reveals that the game is in fact Luigi's Mansion 2. The trailer appears to feature new locales, including several new mansions for players to traverse. Mummies were spotted in the trailer, but little else new, just ghosts.
